Most unusually for me, by yesterday I hadn't taken a single photo during the week. I was going to say it was absolutely pants as far as weeks go, but on reflection, whilst there were some pretty grotty bits there was plenty of good bits, and lots of laughter too.
Monday I went to Pilates, Tuesday my mum-in-law visited and brought me some rather yummy butterscotch biscuits, Wednesday was Rock Choir, and Thursday lunch with a good friend. Friday my sister came to stay for the weekend - I took her to a Rock Choir rehearsal Friday evening, and to a crochet group on Saturday morning. Matt updated the RAM in my laptop and it's like a new computer now. A little scary at the time though! My dad took us out for supper on Saturday evening. The food was delicious.
This morning, after my sister had left, Matt had rugby training. Jolly cold watching him, but the sun was out and it felt as if Spring weren't too far away. And then Matt went Go-Karting. I watched a little (it was a bit cold, loud and smelly for me!) but then came home and am enjoying a glass of wine before Matt gets home.
Yes - there was some really stressful horrid bits this week, and it's easy to let them take over, but actually there were more good bits.
Wishing you a great week.
I had no idea what my computer looked like inside!
Pretty daffodils from my friend to cheer me up - it worked! :)
Sunshine in a jug.
Good food and good company.
The Go Karting photos weren't good! They move jolly fast!
